I thought it would be a good day to just give us a little nudge and keep some important reasons to train/eat well/look after yourself at the top of your conscious thoughts...
Here we go with some more reasons to do/keep doing something TODAY and the rest of the week:
Because you want to improve your posture.
Because it will help with the ‘January blues’ (apparently some people experience this).
Because moving your body simply feels good, and everyone wants to feel good!
Because you want to drop a few pounds.
Because exercise fights depression.
Because as you get physically stronger, you get mentally stronger.
Because you know you need to look after number 1 to able to look after 2,3,4,5!
Because you’re in a better mood when you exercise regularly (you are, I promise!).
Because the only workout you ever regret is the one you skip.
Because a fit body is a healthy body & a fit mind is a healthy mind.
That last one is so important. If all those don’t make you do something today, think about this:
…A person who has good mental and physical health
has many wishes, goals and dreams to aim for…
…yet a person who doesn’t have good mental or physical
health has ONE wish, goal or dream!
Be grateful that you are able to…then get to it!
