Little Xmas/December Tip

Exercise every day this Christmas (well from now on really!).

Yup, thats right..if you want to mitigate some of the inevitable christmas 'slips', you are going to have to step it up. 

Forget this...'20-30 minutes three times' a week stuff. While this may improve health it ain't going to give you the quick body shape result you are looking for. 

Aim for something like 3-4 weights/resistance workouts per week and 2-3 interval sessions per week.  That way you will be living in a calorie burning, metabolism increasing, fat busting state 24/7.  Work hard (and smart) here and you will reap the benefits. At least make sure your activity level is up each know, the whole 10,000 steps stuff.

Now, if this is more than you usually do then..errr...get over it!

You are probably eating and drinking more than you normally do so give yourself a chance.

If you create this new habit during December then it will feel much easier to carry it on through January and then you will have nailed a new habit for 2019!
