So, every year we send out a small questionnaire (via survey monkey) to give us feedback on how we are working as a PT team.
Firstly, thank you to those of you that are Pro-Fit clients and filled in the questionnaire for us. It's important for us to make sure we are getting feedback and always looking to improve.
The results of the questionnaire are put into something called a 'Net Promoter Score'...a lot of businesses use this method to gauge feedback.
We are very proud to say that our 'score' was 93 (top score can be 100, lowest score -100)...which is an amazing score. They say (whoever 'they' actually are) that a score of 50 or above is excellent and anything above 70 is world class. So 93 is awesome...and that is because we have an amazing team of trainers who are passionate about helping people get results, doing their best and aiming to providing a service/experience that doesn't exist anywhere else!
