Re-focus with these

The easter hols are over, maybe a l ittle indulgence over the weekend which is ok as long as it was planned and you didn’t go completely OTT…?! even if you did, today is a new day.


Today is often a good time for a check-in, a re-focus if needed and a look towards the summer to make sure we are staying on track with your lifestyle habits, goals, and any adjustments needing to be made.


With that in mind i'm going to give you a little reminder checklist of some of the success habits that you can put in place.  This will make sure you are positively focused and ready to rock…


So here we go with your list…it will give you a quick way to see whether you are on track or whether you need to make some tweaks (or even bigger changes). Tick'em and see where you are at...

  • Are you drinking at least 2-3l of water per day?
  • Have you limited refined/processed foods & eating real food? 
  • Have you limited your sugar intake?
  • Have you got your portion size nailed?
  • Are you eating lots of high quality veggies, proteins, fats & fibre? 
  • Are you exercising on most days (or at least being active-remember NEAT-non exercise activity thermogenisis)
  • Are you getting to bed early? 
  • Are you taking time out for YOU and breathing correctly (doesn’t have to be long).
  • Are you positively focused?
  • Have you stopped complaining…?
  • Have you stopped comparing yourself to others?
  • Are you dealing with any emtional eating that may knock you off?
  • Are you feeling grateful at some point during the day?
  • Are you working hard in the gym with a proper plan?
  • Are you keeping a food diary?


and last one (its a biggie!)…
