Hi, I’m Chris Lenkowski, I'm a Pro-Fit Personal Trainer based in Preston and have been for 10 years now!

We specialise in building strength and improving fitness by offering Strength & conditioning programming and motivational & psychological lifestyle & nutrition coaching to help people look and feel their absolute best, and we always aim to learn, develop, and grow in order to provide the absolute highest levels of knowledge and client care for each individual we work with. 

With more than 10 years in the industry, I've tried and tested all the latest trends over the past decade.

I started off (like most young guys)... wanting to be the biggest, strongest, leanest, scariest guy on the Planet.

I focused on strength and muscle building qualifications and learned how to develop strength, power, speed. how to 'body-build' and build lean mass, and the best angles to to do your lateral raises. 

Then I was lucky enough to meet some influential role models with brains as well as muscles...

I learned that there's far more to training than just looking good, and there's SO MUCH more to being a good PT than knowing different exercises.

It turns out that people don't do things just because you tell them to.

...and most people don't enjoy working out, in fact, they'll let you know that they don't want to be there.

I learned I needed to be able to communicate effectively.

I was introduced to the art of coaching and leaned into NLP, CBT, NeuroScience, and the Science of Nutrition.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients from beginners to advanced athletes, helping them achieve their goals in fat loss, strength training, and overall wellness. My expertise is built on a foundation of science-backed knowledge and practical application.

All of these are deliberate and tie in with my philosophies and methodologies of training. 

My training philosophy now is simple:

Make strength and fitness training sustainable and results-driven. 

Work towards a clear goal if possible (it's always possible).

Focus on proper movement mechanics and executing skills with technical proficiency.

Cultivate habits that lead to long-term success that will improve your longevity AND your quality of life.
